PCTI’s specialization is in luxury, ultra luxury travel, incentive programs and MICE to India. Being luxury travel specialist we own all luxury transports, which plays an important part during the travel of our clients to make their holiday a memorable one, on the other hand our highly qualified multilingual tour guides, airport staff and local representatives are well civilized, cultured and polite who comes in interaction with the traveler.

Experience

Over past 15 years we hosted numerous tourists and business visitors to Indian Sub-continent and know it very well in terms of designing unique and well-researched itineraries. We are the company of choice for more than 150 tour operators, travel agencies, Incentive houses, conference organizers and professional associations.

Professional Staff

Company Managers and staff have special training in tourism management in various leading institutions of India & abroad. PCTI employees and contracts people with various professional backgrounds. This enables us being competent designing with equal quality and success archaeological, cultural, ethnological, mountaineering or trekking tours.

Regular training programs are carried out for our team members and suppliers to make them understand the focus of the company and to update them as per the changing pace of time and needs of the industry.

 

"Field" Experience

All our trip leaders have a minimum of 10 years experience in the field. Most of the office people, including company top managers have worked as guides and tour managers. This gives us competence to monitor and control the quality of services, provided by contracted employees.

Backup

We have 20 people in the office and over 60 temporary workers and we always have backup team on standby. Unlikely, but in case of emergency, whether in the field or cities, the backup teams will react immediately to solve the problem.

Quality Product

We carefully select the product and make its assessment before we introduce it to the market. We always send reconnaissance expedition, which is completed by tour-manager, guides, technical personnel and contracted specialist, to the new spots. We participate in all steps in the chain of product development – from generating ideas to designing logistical schemes of day-to-day operations. We permanently monitor and control our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation means etc).

When developing product, should be this for individuals or groups, we are considering four major parameters: Safety, Quality of site, quality of infrastructure and price. Final shape of the product is defined according to the order of these priorities. We are flexible to change order of the priorities in accordance to our customer’s wishes, however, safety always first to us.
